We will refund all of your money if:

• We miss the deadline of our work by more than 3 days.
• Our services do not meet your work requirements accordingly. We will offer a re-adjustment for up to 3 times and if the requirements are still not met, we will refund your money.
• Our customers wish to terminate a job after paying half of the money in advance.
• We are bound to terminate a service that we cannot meet according to the customer’s requirements.
• You have to make a complaint within one week

Termination:

• We own the rights to terminate our services at any time without cause or prior notice. You will be refunded in this case.
• Our customers have the rights to terminate their required services at any time without cause.
• We may terminate services at any time without prior notice, if you fail to comply with any of the terms of agreement or the intellectual property protections applicable to these services.  We can also ban you from our services from the future in this case.
• Notice of termination of services by Maacc Retouch may be sent to your email address provided by you. Upon termination, Maacc Retouch has the right to delete all data, files, or other information that is stored in your account.

Amendments:

We reserve the right, in our sole judgment, to modify or replace any part of this agreement at any time, effective from the date of the change. Therefore, we encourage you to visit our website periodically to monitor any changes. Your continued use of or access to our services following the posting of any changes to this agreement indicates the acceptance of those changes. We may also, in the future, offer new services through our site and you shall be informed accordingly.
