Our normal turnaround time is 24 hours from receiving. If you send us your images by morning you will surely get it back by morning as we use to work while you sleep!
HOW CAN I PAY?
For our new clients we use to take 50% advance. For our regular clients we have weekly and monthly payment system. We accept PAYPAL , Bank Transfer and Wire Transfer systems.
HOW DOES THE FREE TRIAL WORK?
We offer up to two free trials of two different types of works and you should have at least 10 images to work. Anything below 10 images we do not offer any free trial. This trial is just to show the quality of our work. You can get the final output of the free trial images within 24 hours or less.
IS THERE ANY VOLUME DISCOUNTS?
Yes there is! We offer discounts when you process at least 500 images per month on a regular basis. We also offer discount on single time projects of at least 1000 images.
WHAT IS YOUR DAILY CAPACITY?
We have 100+ experienced graphic designers in 3 shifts of 24 hours. We can handle a large number of images daily. But if you need to over 1000 images in 24 hours then you have to contact or inform our team at least 24 hours before the work.
IS MY DATA SECURED?
No doubt! We respect our valuable client’s privacy. We do not disclose any personal information or data with anyone or anywhere. We use to permanently delete your images after 30 days.
